  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and documentation. The watch must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • Original Packaging: All items, including the original box, paperwork, and accessories, must be returned along with the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

2. How to Return an Item

To return a product, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to report any defects or damages.

  • Photos Required: To process the claim, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Late Returns

8. International Returns
